Coaching for Performance Conversations Workshop/Leader as Coach
- You’ll be able to coach your team members to take responsibility for their own work and come to you with solutions, not problems – that will give you back heaps of time in your day to focus on your priorities
- You’ll be a better listener and you’ll ask better questions and because of this people will think you are a better manager
- You can coach individuals or your team to achieve better results and higher levels of performance
- Your entire team will lift in terms of productivity and effectiveness because they are empowered to get on with their jobs (and you are not doing it all for them)
- You will be building, growing and developing the capability of your people
- You get to work on yourself and you will set some really important goals, that you’ve been wanting to work on for ages, and you’ll start taking action and getting momentum and wonder why you didn’t do it all those months or years ago.
