WHAT THE COURSE COVERS
Learn about the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems in adults, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.
The course is an education course, to learn how to give first aid to others, and is not a therapy or support group.

Your course enrolment fee is covered by a grant received by the Surf Club.
Please ensure that before you enrol you can attend all sessions. This will affect the number of people that we can train and future grant applications. We will also have to charge you an administration fee of $60.00 to cover the cost of the resources.
You’ll be enrolled in the online learning component upon registration, and this must be completed before the above webinar sessions.
