To Expand Leadership Development Capabilities

I am delighted to announce that Open Door Coaching has been acquired by Scentia Australia Pty Ltd. Marking a significant milestone in our history, we now join forces with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). The acquisition was completed in August 2025.

This strategic move strengthens our joint commitment to coaching excellence and expands our ability to deliver high-impact leadership programs across Australasia. Open Door Coaching will be progressively integrated into the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), Scentia’s coaching arm, ensuring continuity of service and enhanced offerings for clients.

As part of the transition, I am excited to be stepping into a new role as Head of Enterprise Solutions and Market Growth at IECL, to lead corporate product development, client engagement, enterprise sales, and market development.
