Delivered over 8 days of training (across 2 week period) this Diploma of Leadership Coaching takes your leadership and coaching skills to the next level.
The newly released Diploma has 9 units of competency including: advanced levels of coaching that enables emotional intelligence, critical thinking, innovation, strategy elicitation and decision making. Along with leading a culture of coaching; senior executive coaching; calculating return on investment and a range of experiential case-studies. Post course work includes coaching senior personnel and a range of practical coaching assignments designed to significantly grow leadership and coaching skills; and you have 12 months to complete the course.
In purchasing your course, choose your preferred RAAF Base location and timing. We require a minimum of 8 participants to hold the course on site. If the required number of personnel is not met for a location, we will hold the course via ZOOM or TEAMS or you have the option to travel or do self-paced study. After you purchase your course, we will collate the number of participants and contact you with next steps including enrolment and joining instructions.
