Based on industry feedback
Over the years, the program has been continuously updated. Using feedback from industry and from our clients to inform our continuous improvement processes. We are ensuring that the program is relevant to today’s workplace. This means that the skills can be applied immediately back into the workplace.
Coaching as part of your leadership skill set
Hundreds of managers and leaders in the workplace are now including coaching as part of their leadership skill set. We are so proud to be leading this coach training. Having coaching conversations in the workplace has become the ‘norm’. In addition, we accredit many professional coaches, who want a qualification, not just a ‘certificate’.
Meeting quality standards
Open Door is a Registered Training Organisation (Provider number 21858). This means the Cert IV qualification is underpinned by stringent quality standards. We are audited by ASQA, the regulatory body. Refer to training.gov.au/21858 for more information. Maintaining this accreditation over the years is made possible by meeting the needs of people in the workplace and meeting quality standards. Not all organisations are prepared to go to this effort. But for Open Door, being a high-quality RTO is an investment in delivering service excellence.
