Leader as Coach

• Use more of a ‘technical’ manager style and you want to develop your ‘people’ skills;
• Furthermore, want your team to work better together; to deliver better results; and you don’t want to have to do it all by yourself;
• In addition, you would like to communicate better, inspire people, get more out of them and yourself;
• Especially, are thinking about a promotion and want the leadership skills that will make you stand out;
• Or, have a new role and people are looking to your for guidance;
• Importantly, know it’s time to step up and take your career up a notch, and become a leader as coach;
• Furthermore, wish to pursue an interest in coaching; people have said you’re a great coach, or a good listener and they really take your advice;

When did you last do some leadership development?

• If you haven’t completed any professional development for a while, our Leader as Coach program is perfect and it would be good to top up your resume;
• Importantly, you can increase the skills around developing people and team coaching;
• And you may not be quite ready for a full coaching qualification, so this is a great starting point.
