The Advanced Coaching Certification goes ‘behind the scenes’ of coaching for high performance in the workplace. Especially, to understand:
- how people achieve their results;
- the mindsets and behaviours to achieve high performance in the workplace;
- ways of achieving more in your coaching; and
- the coaching tools that make a difference to high performance.
The Advanced Coaching Certification also earns you ICF Coach Specific Training Hours and you can go on and enrol in our Diploma of Organisational Coaching (10835NAT) to earn units of competency (for an additional fee). The Diploma focuses on providing you with the framework and tools to introduce a coaching culture and also coach senior executives.
