For over 10 years Jonathan Millen has been building engagement in his teams. Specifically, using a coaching approach. Since his early days at National Australia Bank where he inherited a team with 65% engagement and built this to 91% in just two years. In addition to his current role as Senior Manager Capability, for Tabcorp.
