Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching (11314NAT)

The Certificate IV program, is the starting point. The focus of which is to ensure you have the required skills and knowledge to provide coaching in a workplace setting.

This is a great option for those looking to gain initial coaching qualifications, or those looking to have their existing skills recognised.

Studying the Certificate IV can earn you up to 60 Coach Specific Training Hours towards your ICF Credential.

Diploma in Leadership Coaching (11315NAT)

The Diploma follows on from our Certificate IV Program, and adds additional coaching skills,  focussing on the frameworks and tools to coach senior executives and lead with advanced coaching models, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and innovation.

This program is great for experienced coaches  who are looking to add new skills to their toolkits. It is also ideal for those in a role that requires them to create, sustain or implement a coaching culture into their organisation.

This program can earn you up to 125 Coach Specific Training Hours towards your ICF Credential.

Advanced Coaching Certification

The Advanced Coaching Certification goes ‘behind the scenes’ of high performance to unpack how people achieve their results. You can learn how to transform mindsets and behaviours to achieve high performance.

Informed by neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming methodologies, will give you the opportunity to thoroughly immerse yourself in a deeper level of coaching. This will make a difference to yourself and others.

This program is great for the experienced coach who already has coaching qualifications or credentials, and who wants to learn new tools.

This program can earn you Coach Specific Training Hours towards your ICF Credential or Credential Renewal.

Advanced Coaching Certification

Coaching Culture Certification

The Coaching Culture Certification provides you with the framework to implement a culture of coaching within your workplace. Based on best practice it takes a strategic view of coaching and then allows time to dig into the detail, with practical implementations.

You will have the opportunity to work with people who, like you, are championing coaching within the workplace . Learn from the Open Door team who implement coaching tools and frameworks to shift culture on a daily basis.
