The approach came about on a long flight from Melbourne to Perth and when Natalie was reflecting the frequent discussions in our coaching programs around coaching under-performance.

And with that she crossed out the words UNDER PERFORMANCE and wrote SHIFT PERFORMANCE.
That reframe set off the thinking that we have used throughout our coaching programs since including our popular Coaching for Performance Conversations workshop.
