Welcome to the Coaching Café series for 2025!

Not long ago, we wrapped up the year with a recap of the coaching trends we predicted for 2024. Now, as we sip from our reusable coffee cups, we are thinking about key topics that will shape workplaces and coaching this year and beyond.

At the end of last year, we received exciting news. Our Certificate IV in Workplace & Business Coaching (11314NAT) and Diploma of Leadership Coaching (11315NAT), previously called the Diploma of Organisational Coaching, have been renewed for another five years.

As part of the re-accreditation process, we conduct research to ensure our programs align with industry needs. This research helps us understand how coaching evolves alongside changes in work, leadership, and technology. As a result, we update our programs accordingly.

With this in mind, Natalie and Paula are kicking off a new and exciting year of Coaching Cafés. We will discuss key coaching trends likely to emerge in workplace conversations. Additionally, you will gain insights into the most important themes shaping the coaching landscape.
